Located in a very beautiful neighborhood this house stands abandoned for several years now, and it becomes more and more trashed pretty quickly and it's clear that drug friendly folks squat there from time to time. It was built in 1976, has 3 bedrooms, living and dining area, kitchen and awesome central courtyard! And apparently it was sold in 2015 for over 10 mil CAD.
And yeah, I couldn't figure out how to rotate vertical shots so they are not sideways, for some reason they turn once I upload them here.
