Cool Old House

Stumbled upon an old farmhouse out for a drive. It was very surprising to find a beautiful old stove still intact in the house. I'm not sure what the story is with this one, but the house still had clothes, food, and furniture. It looks as though the people simply up and left.

I love it when old things are found and house is not trashed beyond recognition!

That old stove though !!

Nice old place! Really like the number 3

I was very surprised considering how close it is to an urban center that's pretty notorious for trashing lots of things. The stove especially considering how valuable those old stoves are today.

Unbelievably AWESOME looking spot.
Your photography captures the beauty of it, and I bet there are a numerous more surprises waiting for the next explorer. I wonder what the deal is with that homemade playpen (I think?). A litter of puppies, I'm guessing?

Nice find. It's not that common to find so much stuff left behind. That electric stove is very nice.
