Welcome aboard! I hate to get off topic, but what's the story behind your profile name and picture, if you don't mind me asking? Do you work for that company down in MSP? I'm only getting nosy because I worked for their rival. I'm fascinated by the private security world for some reason.

Oh man lol, sounds like a great story, you should tell it sometime. Security guard encounters can be interesting. It's always important that you remember your rights and be respectful, if a guard sees you they can later identify you. Better to clear up any sketchiness so that they're the highest authority you have to answer to. Sounds like you got away without too much hassle.

I want to be different. But I want to be different just like everybody else, because if I really were different, everybody would think I was crazy and weird. Iowa is Minnesota's bitch. There's an art to pooping. |

What?

its really a shame what vandals do to slander the good name of us unintrusive explorers. nice pics nonetheless. been doing solo exploring myself for a few years and fairly new to the forums myself. if you're ever in southern mn or northern iowa theres plenty of abandoned department stores and other commercial buildings, bout half the ones i stumble upon haven't been vandalized yet. i was a bit surprised moving from the north where everything has been vandalized. stay safe out there
But the future refused to change |

How do you tell the difference between cops and real explorers on this site?

You guess. Granted, the requirements for full membership mean that it's unlikely for a cop to gain it unless A.) They are also an urban explorer in their off time, or B.) They are part of some elaborate long term sting operation, which seems unlikely because most police departments have more important things to worry about. Nice try though, officer.
