Amazon is on a shopping spree. I would say I am in an area where a lot of malls are being demolished and more specifically by Amazon to build fulfillment centers. I just found out that they will get a huge property tax break on the locations (check out the article for that), so it makes sense to buy up all of these dead malls.
Anyone else have a lot of malls near them being demolished, or even seeing Amazon purchasing dead or abandoned malls?
