Abandoned Mill, with Film/Audio Studio?

Came across this mill on our way to another abandonment, so we figured why not make a pit stop. Ended up being a pretty cool place, found some type of audio or film recording studio and recording booth. then when we got to he top floor we found a ton of furniture. old TV's, a pool table.

a couple tripods for mics or lighting. sound proofing and cd cases. and some film. not much was left but can tell it was a studio

Great find, I love the lighting!
Came across a warehouse in the Albany, NY area with some kind of old recording studio once.
