Kinda. Only one video and another wont be uploaded anytime soon and its not specifically an urbex channel but a video. Its the second part cause the first we go in like 20 feet and then I scare the shit out of my friends so its not worth the watch but this second part we go All. The. There are so many people that explore though, you unfortunately have to give people a ridiculous reason to watch sometimes. People wanna see you escaping from the police or nearly die, or at least the perceived version of it.

I agree about the click bait or dramatics of many videos out there. Paranormal investigation channels do it a lot as well. I try to keep my videos simple and honest, even if that means not as many views. My videos aren't very fancy, but I you get to see what the location looks like and a feel of what it was like to be there.

That would have been nice, or at least post them over a longer period of time. That way it would be easier to avoid for people who have no respect for "paranormal investigations."

Very true. I avoid this, and find the amount of time I put in is larger than most channels in regards to the added editing and research. The viewership takes a hit when you avoid clickbait or fake hauntings/chase scenes. There are exceptions like the Proper People or the Unknown Cameraman, though.
