Caught in fire, they decided to abandon all the dormitory, so, one part is intact, the other is burned.

Love these shots, man. I emailed them about visiting this place and they told me it's completely off limits. I've also heard about security patrolling, didn't have any issues?

Great photos of an amazing spot, well done Felix!

I dream about this place everyday (I'm not even kidding lol) but it seems that there's absolutely no way to get in since last spring.

Would love to visit it one day...

Really nice shots. Good use of the tape for leading lines on pic 3. What MM. lens were you shooting with?

Thanks, yeah I like it too. I used a sigma DC 10-20mm. Taken at 10mm

I had looked long and hard about buying that a few months ago and had concerns over the sharpness and barrel distortion. That and it won't let me screw any filters on! How do you find it? From the looks of that not too many problems at all?

All these shots came out really solid. The lighting, especially in #3, really gives the pics an atmospheric feel from my perspective.

I would suggest you buying a canon 10-18mm instead of a Sigma DC 10-20mm since it is much cheaper for the same image quality (and you can screw filters on it). I currently own a Tokina 11-16mm f/2.8 and I'm loving it! I think it's about the same price as the Sigma and it lets more light in so that's another great option. I've read reviews about the Sigma 10-20mm and apparently it's not that good, but I never tried it so I can't confirm.

Thanks for your feed back

@MuffinAuxCarottes Yes the tokina sounds like a great lens, both canon and sigma are pretty similar, the only bad personal review. I like cityscape shot, and I can't get some beautiful light star from sigma, but this depends of number of blade inside the lens.
