Kabbalah is an undramatic tradition that requires great patience and stability. One of the reasons for this tempo is that everyone has to mature his potential gradually and thoroughly at his natural pace. In this way his life's work unfolds at the right moment in his own and the cosmos's time.

Well everyone has their own preference of places to take photos of. For me, it is houses because sometimes I get to see who they were and learn a little about their past. For camera equipment, I just use my smartphone.

Just find an abandoned building that you feel safe with and take a few photos. It is kinda hard to explain where to find good places unless I know the area.

It really depends on what you are interested in. Some folks like landscape photography so the like outside shots. Some like macro, so the start looking for neat textures and interesting lighting. Yet others want to light paint so they wait for dark. I like to tell stories about my adventures, so I try to take photos that provide the visual component of my story line.

If you aren't quite sure, look thru this forum to find photos that you like. The head out to take similar photos of your own. It won't take long before you will find your own style.

Try committing to taking at least one photo everyday for. 1 week. Look st them. See what you like, what you don't, what you'd like to change. Repeat until you develop an idea of what your particular art form is! Maybe you prefer exteriors or large scale shots; or perhaps it's the tiny details magnified with a macro or zoom; maybe the images that grab your eye have a model; who knows! None of us can tell you, what you like 😀

You don't seem to know much in general.

Indeed. Look Urbexing Out, why don't you take a trip through the archived posts of the rookie section. Almost every conceivable question a new explorer might want to know has probably been asked and answered at least once already. Dig through those archives, maybe lurk a bit. You'll find the answers you're looking for if you do.

In fact, why don't you order a copy of Access All Areas by Ninjalicious. It's only $15, and it will answer every single one of the questions you have right now, plus a few you never realized you wanted to ask. It's more comprehensive than this forum will ever be.
