Basic do's and don'ts specifically of abandoned houses

Stuff you shouldn't do in an abandoned house and signs to look out for if you don't want to die?
I have been in a few old houses but looking at the stories of others I consider myself lucky to not have fallen through a ancient molded floor or got a nice fatal whiff of mold or asbestos.

If there is something I want to do then Ill do it and if there is something I don't want to do than I wont do it. That's the Dandy way baby.

Don't worry about that "fatal whif" of either now. That's years down the line. Prevent any and all whifs by wearing a P100 mask.

One day I got a good camera.

Well, don't go at night, I know it's more sneaky and what not, but some crack addicts or homeless people can be very aggressive and protective of "their" spots. Also in some States and Provinces it's considered a criminal offense to trespass between 9Pm and 6Am. So if you feel like your life is worth more than being a home mover, I'd consider not doing anything between these hours, doesn't matter if it's a house or an old atomic factory thingy. These two applies

Don't set steel wool on fire and spin it around to get this type of effect.

But you need to set off a bucket of smoke bombs to get the full effect, of course.

But how dare they get upset about someone trespassing? Ugh!

Avoid doing that literally anywhere.

Don't fall through floor(s) or staircases.
If you do and aren't dead, drag you're broken ass out of there;
never call 911 if you can crawl away.

You can safely do it in places where there are no flammable materials.
