You don't know me but I know you! I say that in the creepiest way possible but with good intentions. I have been part of two sites featuring abandoned content, for 8 or nine years now, here and OAP. OAP became stagnant in content, not saying the basic member stuff I was allowed to see was terrible, it was the lack of Gods. I truly enjoy peoples efforts in everything, I saw a lot of great people on OAP absolutely kill it with their skills in editing or just timing a good shot. Those people left that site and for a bit I wasn't satisfied anymore, until I came back here. I recently have said in a PM to one of those "Gods" the Galleries I looked at made me feel like I was seeing full member material, when people like that leave a place it can feel empty, and the quality dies down. Everyone with a cell phone or point and shoot going nuts. I can appreciate these attempts because I am guilty of cell phone and point and shoot usage, BUT! quality will always reign. So I took 2 of my 4 galleries from OAP and wanted to just throw them at here for laughs or just an attempt at showing some appreciation to the hobby. I have so many hobbies and wish I could bump UE up but being a renaissance man (look it up if you ain't know) messes with your schedule. ANYWHOOOO here is 1 of my old galleries as axf905, it is nothing special, just some contribution. This is the old courthouse in Niagara Falls, I was working as a temp in city hall and basically came on the location as part of the job, primarily used for storage and left to die...like the rest of the city! OHHHH SHIT I went there. Enjoy

I remember exactly when you first went up and discovered this place. The stuff in #9 is absolutely golden. The box in #7 must have been the beginning of the whole Thundering Waters Forest debacle. Chinese delegation, pffffhhh! I wonder how many of the gifts that were in that box had "Made in China" stamped on them.

Oh that bullshit is never gonna end! I honestly can't figure Niagara out at all, I enjoyed being tucked away in Chippawa because you never had to watch an official hump another country's leg for money or gouge a family on vacation who just want to look at water going over a cliff, we just would tell people we don't associate with that part of the city (and I still do). Don't get me wrong I get the appeal, the place is awesome, but it's so painfully desperate. I sound like a whiner but it bothers me that while people are concerned with who's gonna buy what in your city, you should stop and take a look at the tiny, large eyed, adorable cupid creatures that are your locals and stop pushing them away with your hand and say "god damn your adorable! Here is some infrastructure and meaningful employment" and after that proclamation they'll drop the delegate dick they got in their jerkin hand and everything is less hostile, bing bang boom Adam for mayor.
