May i suggest Flickr, Photobucket, image shack, or for goodness sake the UER uploader located at the bottom of your post would be better than trying to strain my already overworked bloodshot eyes to see these.

Well that went to hell...
Not sure how you manage to degrade them so thoroughly but you certainly did.
#1 Contrast curve is off.
#2 ISO setting too low, underexposed.
#3 ISO setting to high; need more light.
Underexposed, cam shake with possibly bad focus.

#4, as with the others there isn't near enough resolution to view it well.*corrected*
The statue should fill the frame more as cropped below. Contrast curve looks off.

It's focus looks off and a lot cam of shake.
The AF lock should be on the statue.
You got some work to do... a D5200 image should look a lot better
Is the AF calibrated correctly; try manually focusing it.

This is low quality because of resizing. Contrast curve may be better but did have app to do it; used the one shot tone curve correct on my phone.
Therefore contrast curve is still not optimum.

ISO 100 isn't desirable if it yields a bad image.
Dial up the ISO setting to get at least 200 of a second if you can't keep the cam still and for you it probably a lot higher until you improve your shooting technique.
Brace on something and learn to be smoother with the shutter release. Punching the release is similar to pulling the trigger on a gun; move the release not the cam.

Sorry I'm unfamiliar with what you mean by contrast curve? How would I fix that in the future?

The contrast curve sets the contrast levels of an image. You can set an infinite number off points to form a curve to optimize the contrast.
Apps like Canon's DPP make it easy to do.

A couple tricks I use when I don't have a tripod:
I stabilize the camera by using my neck strap to create tension between myself and the camera (and hold your breath!).

You can also try shooting in burst mode to make up for some the shutter movement. The downside to this option is the extra data and having to go through the bursts to find the best photo. It really does help alleviate the shake though. I only use this trick on my iPhone simply because my DSLR is too much of a data hog to realistically make use of this option.

Don't forget, the wider the angle, the more forgiving the camera shake. In other words, you can shoot much slower shutter speeds using a 16mm than, say, a 200mm lens!

Edit: I quoted the wrong post, so I just took the quote out (because I'm too lazy to find the right quote right now).
