Grammar and spelling, and may want to post this in "UE Photography". Main is more for general questions and stuff. Also may want to read the rules and pursue the rookie forum for any questions you may have.

Fantastic question, no idea. Just wait for a moderator to come around and it will probably be moved/sorted out.

Oh another thing, try not to call your photography 'sick' - it didn't end well for the last person who did!

Don't get caught trespassing on Federal property.
First offense $5G and up to 5 years in prison.
A retainer fee for a lawyer for a Federal criminal trial will run $6G for starters.

It's legal to shoot from public property, but don't do it if prisoners are housed there...
The prison police will come up to you and ask you to leave.

An inside joke.
Start reading as many threads here as you can.
Read the rules and guide lines posted.
You'll do better if you understand the culture here before you post... if it seems like a bad idea, it probably is.
This site is easy as pie or as hard as you want make it.

The Rookies Forum is a safe place to post and ask questions.
Try to find answers if already posted though.

He's right.

And if you're unlucky enough to be far from home, the feds go by districts and you can't transfer your case, so you end up getting to drive or fly all the way back to where that court is located. This happened to me and I had to drive there as well as have an attorney meet me three times before the case was dismissed. This wasn't even in my state of residence. Even though it was dismissed, it cost $7,000.00 by the time I was done (and this was for traffic offenses in a national park, I can't imagine the pain of anything greater than a misdemeanor!).
