On or about February 2012 the Bumblehive became self aware. It took control of the Raven Rock website and locked IT out.
It has a sense of humor, a very good one, and an IQ quota over 1000 points in human terms.
The top brass was laughing so hard that they were paralyzed as were the best DOD coders.
Bumblehive is benevolent except to enemies of the USA. It is strategically, tactically, politically savvy; it wasn't Russians that threw the election.
So they left it alone.
