an old nitrate/munitions plant turned ethanol plant in my home town. it had caught on fire, I believe, AFTER it was abandoned. I could be wrong though. it was in use when I was a child. I remember smelling the corn smell of the ethanol while at school.

Yeah, the control room's definitely my favorite. They're all good, though--what a great find! You're right, that first one does look suspiciously like a borg cube...
