Critiquing the art is always fun. Trying to decide what the artist was trying to say, what the deeper meaning is in the word PENIS painted in six foot tall letters across an entire wall.

Id say the meaning is quite clear - the letters are SIX feet tall??

My, my, my, *someone* (the tagger) has high hopes doesn't he?

Classic case of "overpromise, under deliver". D'oh!

I agree, critiquing the art is pretty amusing. If I get really bored, I'll play a game of "count the dicks." Or try ranking them from most-anatomically-accurate to least.

Nude photos in random places.

I also tend to lay down and fall asleep in various abandonments.

Best. Reply. EVER.

Speaking of leaving things in weird places for the next person, yesterday I came across creepy stuffed animals in an abandoned hospital. There were at least a dozen of them in two floors of the hospital.

Dress-up.
I like to sneak into old buildings and play dress-up.
I call it, a photo shoot... With props (i.e. fancy dresses and odd assortment of shoes), because it doesn't sound quite as weird as dress-up.

I got a few WWII uniforms and always wanted to do a photo shoot with them in an abandoned building.....but sneaking replica firearms into an abandoned building is probably not going to help your case if you get caught lol

I actually like to sit at a desk, chair, couch etc and try to imagine who sat there last when the place was still active. I give them a name, age, gender etc with a whole background about why they were there. Its oddly fun

I also love to read files, newspapers or books that I find extensively

This is something I quite enjoy as well. Especially if they're about the place itself, records, news clippings, etc.

If i find a doll or something I like placing it in a creepy way for the next visitor haha

made my way into what I presume was an abandoned comic book store storage house and found this set up in the first room, that's a bottle of kerosene with a lighter on top of it in the middle

.. and then opened the cupboard right behind the table to find this

My buddy and I always check bathrooms for paper towels, just for S&G's. We also flip every switch on breaker boards whenever we find them.

My #1 explorer buddy is about 20 years younger than me. We like to go to industrial sites and power plants for the most part. We both work in a power plant and I am his supervisor (when on the clock!). We come across a lot of different machines and such, to which he always asks questions. "What is that?" "What is that used for?" etc. My favorite thing to do is to start explaining the machine in as much detail as I can, and what its for, while getting even more and more outlandish and asinine as the description goes on, all the while trying to make it believable, until the look on his face gets so confused or skeptical that he either figures me out or I leave him scratching his head. Its dumb as hell, but I love messing with him and telling stories. I guess its from missing when my kids were young and easily able to be fooled. They are early teens now, and caught on to my ways years ago.
