Av-X is an absentee site owner he has moved on with his personal life and left 97% of daily control (and I use the word control jokingly) up to the moderators, (they are not really nor do they function as a team)
They have limited empowerment and Mr. -X has to login to execute most major decisions. As I recall he checks in about every 2-3 weeks.
Here is my $0.02 I know its probably not worth that much but Maxipad Strange Placemat has not really violated TOS for anything more then your average Instagrunt fools link to this site every day. So what if he blows the cover off some place he doesn't explore enough to make even a dent in whats out there.
It would be kinda cool to see a video of him traipsing through some unexploded ordnance area and stepping on a stray 81mm M56 round that armed itself but failed to go off before burying itself in the dirt. Now that would get some views on YouTube.
