Hey folks, I came across this site while looking for places to explore in the Portland area. Signed up, waited my 3 days to post, and here I am! 21 year old college student, Navy vet, and aspiring police officer. My desire to be a cop has caused me to stop exploring as often as I used to because I don't want to risk a trespass citation. Anyhow, I've already seen some places on here that I recognize! I hope that this place is great as it looks about discussing abandoned locations in the PNW.

Welcome to UER! I think it's a noble thing to want to become a police officer In this day and age. Thank you for your service to our country as well.

You can always try exploring with permission. Works better if you got some good cam gear, look and act like a pro. Demo sites are prime candidates for this at the beginning of the demo cycle. The demo contractor literally has complete control of the property during a demo. Get on his site supervisor's good side and you're in like Flint... they can turn you on to future demos as well if you play it right. Not easy to do but we'll worth the effort. Your, their workers safety and the job are their primary concern; do exactly as they say. Welcome to UER
Just when I thought I was out... they pulled me back in. |

Welcome! Tons of places for new people to explore out here in the PNW! Best to find other new people, as many veterans won't go out because we've been there and done that. Cruise the forum and you'll find lots of stuff. Look forward to seeing your photos!
