you should also consider locations in eastern New York as well, around the Albany and the upper Hudson Valley area... it's not too far from your projected area, might add maybe an hour to your projected travel time.

I was recently up in that area.. Tons of Abandoned stuff from the road. Any suggestions? I saw a bunch of old mills with open doors and windows
