Funny Signs in Abandoned Places?
< on 2/28/2017 10:59 PM >
Posted on Forum: UER ForumQuote
Does anyone have any pictures/stories of funny signs found where you wouldn't expect them? I'm kind of a sign geek myself, and I figure this could give us all a good laugh...

Here's my contribution: probably not very funny to other people, but for some reason I found it hilarious.
1.

Found on a door in an asbestos-filled, abandoned hospital that had been standing empty for years. And in quotes, too! Maybe it was a message to us...

Not really a sign but I enjoyed this one:

Sign of the times: the teacher's lounge was once a designated smoking area

Just for the misspelling:

Plenty of evidence inside indicated otherwise:

IDK if the sign itself is funny but my friend caught me puffing on a cigar next to it on our last explore ^_^

I once found a, "Don't Run, Walk" sign in the middle of an abandoned warehouse... dunno why but I found it to be really funny.

I found this signage disconcerting; the kkk is notorious for interchanging the letter "c" for "k".

The KKK does that? I always thought it was more of a gang thing between the Bloods and the Crips in big cities.

Or perhaps they're just a Mardi Gras krewe who forgot the "e" on the end? hmm...

Not from an abandonment exactly, but found on a door inside the employees-only area of a museum (please excuse the crappy pic). It's not a funny sign, but it's still a pretty weird find.
