Just an old cabin I found in the woods along the Fraser river.

How'd that fish smell? Did it make you hungry?

Cold enough outside that they were frozen solid. Didnt smell at all.

Love those shots of the dials on the machinery. Interesting to see the state of technology of the time preserved in this abandonment
lying on top of a building the clouds looked no nearer than when I was lying on the street |

Rio, nice find and pics. The old heavy machines are cool

Funny you should mention the smell of fish. It ain't the fish that are rotten though...
Just when I thought I was out... they pulled me back in. |
|
Sure are a lot of frozen fish guts along the Fraser right now. Nice find, any classics in the pile of VHS tapes?

Very nice. ::

Stopped by over the weekend to take a look, seems untouched since you took your photos. Thank you for sharing. 1.

Still untouched... checked in this last weekend, had to wait for the train twice

I don't know what the deal is with vandals. Like "Hey, look! Stuff Let's break it!". What's fun in that?

Agreed, very annoying

It's a shame that the cabin is in such disrepair. That abandoned machinery looks very cool, though. I really like the colour saturation in some of those photos.

Love #15!!

I've been thinking about this spot and wondering if maybe it's related to the lumber mill ruins across the river. This could have been employee housing, I bet the old logging machinery scattered around the property once belonged to the mill before it burnt down in 1930.
