Absolute moron.
Guys like this give us a bad name (even if he was a mental illness patient, he'll still get associated with urban exploration). He shouldn't've gone during daylight hours, and he shouldn't've gone during rush hour.
It is my belief that Lion's Gate should only ever be attempted late at night, where there is little risk of getting caught and no risk of causing a traffic jam if you are caught.
