Explorer population of south bay area?

Are there many of us over here? In the south sj/morgan hill area; the place seems a little too upscale and well-budgeted to harbor many good sites - the few I have seen seem small, private, and look too habitable for me to feel even physically safe approaching. Would be interesting to find out how much of the community we represent.

Hey!! There are a few of us down here. I can't speak much for Morgan Hill, but there are a handful of notable spots in the SJ region, my favorites being more towards the mountains.

I'm there every November. I tried to meet up with some people from UER but didn't get any takers on this last trip. Maybe this year will yield better results. I found a few spots of varying degrees of interestingness - mostly near the coast and Santa Cruz. I didn't look as hard around San Jose, since I was in Monterey and used to live in PG, so I'm more familiar with that area. I did a LOT of Ord as well as my annual trip to my favorite photo spot, Davenport. I missed the meet-up by only about a week. Maybe next time!

I'm located in Fremont. While it isn't south bay, its still the bay area
