This tired old house in Kodiak, AK, was owned by a certain Tony Perez, and was abandoned approximately 15 years ago. I explored it while visiting friends in Kodiak this past summer. There wasn't much to see, the owner had been a hoarder and the house was filled with a lot of trash, but it's my first real urbex so it's special to me.

Just a house, but those can be some of the best finds. One of my very first discoveries was an abandoned double-wide out in the country. It was almost as though for some reason they just got up and left one day, and there was even a calendar still on the wall to mark the year. Good stuff.
