Hop processing plant (picture heavy)

Without giving away the exact location, I will just say this a very visible location in the Lower Yakima Valley. I did some research on the company and they appear to still be in business but in another near by city. This location I went to was pretty much abandoned, however there appeared to be a little bit of activity on the south side of the property.

They clearly don't want people on this property, but I found a way in and I had to use my ninja skills to be quick and not get seen by passing vehicles. I didn't stay longer than 20 minutes, I was too sketched out that someone would see me and call the cops. So I was in and out with a quickness. Hope you enjoy my flicks.

View from the outside

The first little building

I'm afraid of heights, and I did not climb the ladder. sorry

Small building #2 (It was filled with a lot of trees/bushes I didn't walk through.

The Warehouse, wide open was just able to walk inside, as you can see it was filled with dirt and debris. There were tons and tons of pigeons in the rafters!

The Silos that tower above this small farming community. The door was padlocked shut. No entry was made.

(You can see the warehouse in the background)

Few extra miscellaneous photos.

That place looks pretty cool with lots of open ground, I love it! Cool pictures, I might hitch a ride with you sometime to check it out.

Cool spot you got here, I'd have brought some subway and chilled for a while. haha

You should improve your ninja skills and go back to get some more pics..

Thanks, and that would be cool. I do not know anyone in the urbex community, it would be nice to meet some people with a common interest.

I definitely will plan another trip. I've seen this place before, but never made entry. I was more or less scouting it out for the first time. Aside from the near-by street it was surrounded by farmland. Another reason I didn't stay long is because it was nearly 90 degrees outside and was miserable walking around. I'm used to the cool Seattle weather. lol
