Hello has anyone been to the Sea view hospital in Staten Island? My friend told me that the owners were planning on renovating the campus. If so when will it be renovated?

There is no chance of the wards getting renovated. Maybe children's if they gut it, but those pavilions are in terrible shape. Which brings me to my question. Are you sure you went to the hospital? Because judging by how destroyed it is in your photo, you probably went to the farm colony.

They have plans to build where the farm colony is location. Not on the side where the hospital sits.

Nope, not any more. I was up there a short time ago and an ambulance company is renting the parking lot there. They have the whole thing sealed pretty-well. There are motion detectors and cameras everywhere.
