Just like the title says, whats in your bag? I know some of us may be curious what others bring along with them while exploring, and that topics like what camera, what lens to use, and other things have been talked about, but not the topic as a whole (or so I haven't found yet). My bag: D3100, Tamron 10-24mm f/3.5, Nikon 35mm f/1.8G, respirator, GoPro w/backpack mount, and a nitecore p12 flashlight (which is AWESOME!). Other than that, I just bring along some gloves, lens wipes and remote shutter release.

Use my old backpack from high school with an even older leather case for Polaroid cameras in the main pocket as dividers and added protection. There are always two, and usually three still cameras on me; the D3100 and lately my 195 are regular-carrys; then I usually grab one more instant, depending on location Regular cameras: D3100 -18-70mm lens -8mm fisheye (sometimes) -remote -extra battery Polaroid 195 Land Camera -Gossen LunaPro SBC meter -Cable release attached to a DIY adapter that fits over the shutter button -Pack or two of Fuji FP-100C or FP-3000B instant film -45-49mm step-up ring -Tiffen 812 warming filter when shooting color -Close-up and portrait kits; each of which consists of a hard plastic case, "goggles" that go over the viewfinder, and a corresponding diopter filter (+1 for portrait, +3 for close-up). Am yet to use the close-up kit and I may even stop bringing it. -Empty film box to stick prints in Alternate cameras (usually take one of these): Polaroid SX-70 Alpha 1 or Polaroid SLR-680 SE -Whatever film -DIY cable release -Mint lens set Minolta Instant Pro -Whatever film Ricoh XR6 -Rikenon 50mm -whatever film -cable release Canon FS-20 camcorder -El cheapo fisheye lens -DIY cradle holding two video lights -Gorillapod Tripod: -old-ass Sony aluminum video tripod that doubles as a weapon Acc's/misc. -Coast PX20, main light -El cheapo Amazon light for backup -spare batteries for both -rocket blower -pen duster -folding knife -gloves for climbing or moving large objects -Artprimo Hobo markers -ArtWauk flyers -rubber bands -business cards -Max Headroom mask -can of wet cat food -beer or water if there's room tl;dr: too much shit

I have a few bags that I change out as needed, but the general gist is: Nikon D7200 18-55 kit lens 50mm 1.8f 70-300 rocket blower microfiber cloths (big and small) ROR cleaner (great for lenses, it's sold under ROR or Residual Oil Remover) diffuser for popup flash ziplock bags in case I need to store something or it starts to rain and I need a quick cover small razor knife paracord and biners (great for a DIY camera support or just tying stuff) gaffers tape command hooks Extras on hand if needed: glowsticks flashlight assortment LED light panels tripod foldable reflector Usual stuff on me anyhow: pocket knife wallet keys with multitool surefire light hat with headlamp gloves sticky notes marker reflective pins for trail marking water and tabs for blood sugar first aid rifle if going out of town. (Bear country. I'm not a huge fan of getting eaten) Granted, I'm in Alaska so theres the usual extra survival/first aid in the truck, tools, extra water/food, etc.

I don't use a bag.
Oh good, my slow clap processor made it into this thing. |

Camera bag? Singular? As in just one? Who does that? 1) Sony A7RII Metabones IV T Canon 24mm TS-E Canon 17mm TS-E 20,000mAh battery pack for those extra long excursions CPL for the 24mm 2) Fuji X-T1 Fuji 23/1.4 Fuji 10-24 Rokinon 12/2 Breakthrough X3 10-stop ND filter Until I got the Sony stuff I was also using a Nikon 18/3.5 manual focus lens on a tilt-shift adapter with the Fuji. Worked well enough but didn't leave much room for movements before the image started to get really soft. 3) Chamonix 045N-2 4x5 field camera Schneider 58mm XL Schneider 75mm Fujinon 135mm Fujinon 250mm 12 film holders A few Singh-Ray graduated ND filters & Cokin holder And of course I've always got a knife and flashlight with me regardless of which bag I take
