So my parents were looking for a house up in Western Maryland to purchase and found this nice little house. I kick myself for not taking pictures of the coal heater in the basement. Still was loaded with coal. To give the little history that I know of. The shed was originally a Shell Station and well that's it. Other than it has a natural spring contented it; I don't know much more.

The owners took the house off for sale. They warn't getting the price they were looking for. The living room's floor was caving in about an inch and the roof was not supported correctly. So it needs some expensive renovations.

I need to invest in a new camera or a steadier hand. I only have my smart phone and a older camera. Most of the pictures were hazy.
