My son took his 2006 LJ to the aforementioned festival in Butler, PA, this past weekend. Here are some pics (faces have been blacked out for privacy):

The .50 was a nice touch:

Fuck yeah KJ!

After recently driving a 4x4 vehicle down a trail and through an off-roading pit, I REALLY want a Jeep or something of the sort (there was a Samurai at the pit!). I didn't even roll the truck, and it was my first try...I just laughed like a madwoman the entire time!

I'm torn between liking off-roading and feeling like I'm in a plane crash that lasts hours. Samurais, besides being irritable, foul-mouthed and slavishly devoted to Chevrolet, are actually pretty good off-road, from what I've heard.

That chopped up Liberty is pretty awesome.

I've had a couple of XJs. Loved them both, beat the living shit out of them both, didn't kill either of them.

The Liberty was BDS's custom project.

And regarding the attendees, most of them were older folks, according the my son.
