Last time I was there (maybe a year ago) you could get into at least one of the underground staging areas. That's all sealed up now?

unfortunately, yes. I went there last year too and was able to go to the same area but now they fully sealed it with concrete. You'd need C4 to get through it now ;)

Concrete? An large O2 tank and an O2 cutting Lance is what's needed... how rude.
