This is a large, 30+ year old corporate headquarters in near mint condition. The property has housed 3 major corporations over the years, Despite it's lack of decay and vandalism (there is not one broken window or tag), the complex will be demolished within the next 6-9 months. The original company is returning to the property and building new headquarters.

I have wondered for years if this building might be accessible, even to just do a walk around. I was just looking at it a month or so back when the I heard from some folks this was going to happen.

I've been 5 or 6 times now. They do have cameras and security has showed up twice when I have been there. Fortunately, I saw them coming both times and they didn't see me. It's a huge property so there are plenty of places to hide if you're lucky enough to see them before they see you.
There is no getting inside the buildings, very secure, I suspect that's why there's NO vandalism.
Message me prior and I'll go with you if you'd like.

What a waste! I'd love to see it before they kill it! Maybe after Christmas sometime?

Those courtyard shots are so... serene. Great shots, love the space frame structure

It's always so interesting to see places abandoned but not in disrepair. It feels odd, like there should be people there. If anyone's ever walked around a store late when it's closing or a school when it's late you'll understand the specific sense of off-ness you get from people not being in a normally populated place. Super cool pictures though! Wish I could find some place like this near me that hasn't been torn up a bunch.

Very nice! What eerie stillness in the midst of a once bustling center of commerce. Thanks for sharing with us.

P.S. I 2nd what 2X said--would be cool to see what images have been captured on that trail camera. Been done on here before yielding wildly amusing results. ;)

Hey there, 2X! Oh, life got real busy for awhile. ;) Couldn't stay away from exploring, though.

So...what kind of animal do you suppose that is in pic #2??!

Well judging by the girth, the obvious hair covering its entire body, the sloping forehead and glowing eyes I would say...and please correct me if I'm wrong here 2X, that it would be the ex-Mrs Ulcer.

its a feral hog, a 300lb or better feral hog

(its head was apparently moving during the shot making it look like a rhinoceros but the local game warden assured rhinos went extinct in N America about 5 million years ago)

May 2016

With the push of a lever and a little help from 380 pounds of explosives, American Airlines imploded six buildings from its 1980s-era headquarters Friday afternoon to make way for new development at its Fort Worth campus.

Here are some photographs taken the weekend after demolition.1.

Entry into this location was insanely easy, so when I saw the cranes go up and the new construction begin, I thought I would wander right back in and commence climbing for a great view of Dallas and Fort Worth. There are six huge cranes ripe for the climbing. Unfortunately for me, while my POE was still wide open, the location is now guarded by an armed security force.
