So this popped up on my IG today and I'm not to familiar with Denver. Supposedly it's a highway spot near a golf course. 20 min on google earth turned up nothing. Any leads?

Ah ha! I knew the building in the background looked familiar, but couldn't find it on the map. Probably because I thought that was leading to an underpass... it's not.

Any idea what this structure actually is? It says it's a spillway but based on the geography it doesn't make sense to be one.
