Fate of Starlight

An old 1900's music and theatrical amphitheater nestled in the middle of a busy part of a very public park. The theater, being so close to the air port, had an alarm system set up to detect the decibels from the incoming aircraft. If the aircraft were too loud, the actors - or singers - would stop mid-movement or mid-chord and hold it until the aircraft passed. Those must have been some extremely talented performers. Unfortunately the theater was closed down and with it went the actors and singers who so patiently waited for their moment to shine.

Thanks guys! It's good to be back on here. If any of you are from around the area, let me know and we can go exploring. Could use a UE bud.

Great pictures!

And correct me if I'm wrong, but great use of HDR! (Subtle HDR is the best HDR.)

You're correct. Used HDR on these. Just a little though. Kinda new to HDR still. Only been using it the past few months. Trying to find the balance.

Thanks for the reply bud.

Shameless self promotion. Happy to provide you with an ebook if you want in-depth HDR coverage.

HDR coverage ebook huh? That'd be great, because there's a fine line between making a good hdr and over doing it.Thanks, I'll scope that link out. Appreciate it!

Not just HDR. It covers the entire process from shooting, editing, different HDR techniques, etc. A bulk of what I've learned over the years.

Yea man, I like that you didn't go overkill on the HDR. Great post and good find!
