Some countless number of ads later we find out that graffiti of an octopus, and a rusty machine are horrifying. At least some of the pictures were cool.

Yeah but apparently the cannabis operation may have gone under. It's hard to get good info or scout the place since it's in the middle of absolute nowhere. You can maybe still get a tour if the tenant indeed moved out.
The big cleaning happened for a movie shoot in the early 2010s, a film called Atomica that went straight to TV on SYFY. Had Dominic Monaghan in it.
