Trip to a Denver Hospital
< on 10/12/2015 4:07 PM >

So I got invited by a fellow forum member to accompany them to an empty hospital in Denver. The place was in great condition, but completely stripped of items and furnishings. Great spot, although we did have to do some evasive maneuvers to escape some authority figures in blue shirts who came in after us...

Sorry in advance for some of the pic quality. Was running around in low light with just my phone for this trip.

Surprisingly I haven't hit this before! What did the security situation look like? And did the circular buildings a few blocks back seem abandoned as well? I'm going to hopefully try and scope it out soon but great pictures by the way!

I'm guessing we were seen on the roof by the roving Hospital security patrols... didn't realize how exposed we were up there. But when they saw us, they came in hot and heavy.

haha yeah its been done before. but this time for whatever reason many funny men in blue shirts came in to the building as well as surrounded it making it difficult to make an escape. we happened to leave at exactly the right time though and made a get away. it was pretty terrifying though.

Its a fairly safe spot. I slept on the roof when I was being a bum in CO

SO would you recommend exploring at night? I want to hit this so bad! And is security just mall-cop types or does it seem more legit?

Security called the cops, although when security caught up with me latter they seemed pretty mall copish.

Scoped the area out today and took this exterior shot from the roof of an adjacent building -

Saw some of our friends in blue a street over...makes me nervous.
