Abandoned D_airy building PDX

Driven past this one a hundred times. 90 of which never imagined entering. Then one day after three years of experience exploring I saw the point of entry. Scouted it one day. The next day did it. The floors inside as you can see are very rotted. It's pretty amazing how little graffiti is inside it considering how close to downtown it is, and how long it has been sitting abandoned.

Exciting! Cool find!

It's really neat to see places not all tagged up with graffiti.

Some dubious looking floors ... and ceilings too, if those leaning poles are supporting the next level up 8.

They've added more fences around that building with white U on red mark.

Noo way this spot is Awesome! You got some killer shots of the place Suadensky95. This ones got a fun POE for sure! Hint: requires climbing, and properly timing when you bust a move to ovoid being seen by passing by cars! hehe

I know exactly where that building is, i've passed it a few times too. I would not think to go exploring anywhere even remotely close to downtown. I'm surprised there's no security or squatters or even signs of human life there whatsoever. I need to check this one out.

Its because it's right next to a busy road and awkward to get into.

Thanks for the advice Blackhawk. I don't know what I would have done hadn't you advised me to keep it on. I have been very confused and stressed lately whether I should or not wear it.

I keep meaning to check the place out. It doesn't look to be that hard to get into. Next time I come up from Boise, I'll have to do it.

Awkward how? Required climbing, or squeezing through a small hole, or walking through a nudist homeless camp set up just outside the only POE? Because the latter has already happened to me downtown and i do not need that again.

I wasn't even trespassing... i was just trying to find a brewpub...

How much climbing are we talking? Like, gear and a grappling hook, or 5-10 feet of a fairly easy climb for someone who's in decent shape?
