Somewhere in the Santa Cruz/Monterey area

So, this place has been on my list for quite some time. I have talked to locals and they tell me it was a hospital a very long time ago and is now shuttered. Everything is still in there according to the security guard that occasionally patrols told me, supplies, dental chair, operating table, etc. All dating back to the 1930s. The owner has plans to sell it and the surrounding property. Guard says the interior could be a museum it is that well preserved. Since I am on my phone right now, images later.

I was also told that there are cameras in the trees and they are motion monitored.

Two pics.

Are you planning a group explore? I'd drive out just to see this place.

No, not planning an explore group. And I found the hard way that there are cameras in the trees in the back that are actually monitored. I was caught, thankfully at the fence. I explained my interest to this guard and he said look all you want, but the site is pretty well monitored, don't go on the property. The owner files charges on everyone who is caught trespassing.

Even more intrigued now. I'm up for a real infiltration.

This would be cool. I could finally level up and get my "Active Infiltration" award pin : )

Passed by and had to pull over to check it out, security was across the street so I hopped the gate but as i went up to the house there was someone inside and the lights were on. It looked like security inside or something, booked it but on my way back to the car on the left of the property facing the ocean there was this water runoff that went off this cliff into the ocean so we walked as much of it as we could. Very nice area, there are a few more areas nearby there I still need to check out

They patrol overnight as well, on something like a 30-45min rotation. Though late in the evening they get a bit erratic. I've spent a decent amount of time wandering around the property across the street. I never saw any cameras, or noticed the guard patrol pattern change when I was there.

Hey! I know this place. I'm parked in front of it, lol. I thought it looked familiar, now I know why. I'm visiting from Texas, and if it's the same spot, I just happened across it while scouting a larger location across the street. Anyone interested? I'm grabbing a bite at the local diner to refuel and then making my debut entrance, hopefully without incident. This place definitely interests me, but I'm glad I stumbled across this thread before got in over my head on that one (although it's entirely possible that's exactly what I'll be doing across the street as well)!

Any updates on this one? I'm curious (oh, and FYI from last year: that location across the street has regular patrols, so be prepared to do a couple stop, drop and rolls if you head out that way). Motion sensors too. But this little spot... Anyone been here yet? I'm back in town again.
