When you think omelette,I bet you think just eggs and cheese and maybe the occasional veggie or two,right?Not mine.I came up this idea one morning when I wanted to try something new and damn it's good and good for you too.Here's what I use: Shredded cheese Onion Powder Garlic seasoning crushed red pepper and maybe bits of green peppers soul food seasoning I top it all off between two pieces of bread with extra mayo and that's really all there is to it,no big fancy recipe or anything.just those simple ingredients
