I scouted this place all day driving by and parking for a while looking for some activity. Through the windows it looked like it had been worked on and there were new windows. I found an easy entrance and came back in the afternoon when I was sure that nobody was there.
The place looked like a halfway house or apartments. There was a common area, common kitchen, common bathroom and 2 bedrooms. This was repeated throughout the complex, upstairs and down.

Interesting location. You're right--the windows do look new...but that's about the only thing that does. Judging from some of the interior details, I would guess this building originated in the 60's, maybe??
There sure was a concentrated amount of turds in that one room. Wonder what's up with that.
