Went exploring through couple of buildings and found a way onto the roof to take a couple pictures.

Are the first three in a basement? Doesn't look like any kind of high-up building I've ever been in. All three are pretty barren and the interesting lighting doesn't save the first two, nor does the sign save the third, which probably has the best composition opportunities. 4 suffers from cutting off the top of that clocktower, and 5 seems just a bit too generic a composition. I guess the intended subject matter is supposed to be the sunset. To take better rooftop pictures, you either need to find more exciting vistas or point your camera more downward to show all the layers of the city down to the streets.

^I agree with everything he said. I'd like to add though that the first few don't seem focused particularly well. If your camera has trouble focusing in low light, try shining a flashlight where you want to focus and then turning it off when you actually shoot. The last one seems to be a bit crooked as well. Personally I think it would look a lot better without the bottom part that shows the roof right near where you were shooting.

Agreed with the above comments.
3 would have been better, IMO, if you caught more of the stairs with the signage tucked into the corner. To give an idea of what I mean, one of mine (although with mine, I'd have preferred even closer to the wall, just there was downed electrical wires that made that a non-option):
For 5, if you had done it from the corner of the roof visible, with the top of the clock tower at the top of the frame, you would have got a more visually interesting image, IMO.
