Sorry if this is unorthodox, or if I overlooked any rules/policies regarding "tourist" attractions. If so, let me know and I will quickly delete this thread. I figure since it is somewhat abandoned it will be alright posting them.

This was my first trip with my newly purchased D3100 as well as my first trip to this amazing photogenic property. Had it mostly to myself - just a small set

1. The Beginning

2. Inside Looking Out

3. Stairway to Hell

4. Loneliness

5. Cell 45

6. Sunshine Delight

7. Fo'Getta About It

8. Get Your Shoeshine Box

9. Radiator Art

10. Table for Two

11. Knock Knock

12. Place To Think

13. Hallway of False Freedom

14. Eye is Always Watching

15. In Session

16. Hallway of Fear

17. Sides Are Closing In

18. Roll Call

19. Tag You're It

20. Dr. Is In

21. Shave and a Haircut

22. Solitary

Great photos, thanks for sharing!

And there's definitely no rule against posting photos from a public tour.

Great pictures! Is it a public tourist attraction? Or did you just arrange a private tour of it?

Thanks for the replies !!

Dodger - it was a public tour, the private tours they offer are outrageously expensive and if I recall you have to have a certain amount in your group like 5+.

Sleeper - you should be excited. Hopefully the weather will treat you right and provide sunshine for your photos. Very interesting place to say the least.

Thanks Misunderstood = its funny because not once did I look at any photos from this place before I took these and low and behold it seems the one that leads into the doctor's ward is very popular.

I appreciate the kind words folks. Hopefully will blast some other non-prison adventures up here soon once I get power back at home.

very well done!

When I say I'm 'clean and sober', it means I've showered and I'm headed to the liquor store.
