Today J-vic and I decided to do a little draining. This particular drain is part of a huge fairly well known system, but yet for some reason I haven't seen any posts on this section so here we go.

Number 11 looks like an awesome room if it was lite a bit better. Let me know if you want a quick and dirty light paint lesson. I'm no expert but figured a few things out and the pics come out really well. The camera must be able to take a long exposure of 2 sec or more and need a tri pod or something solid to put it on. I typically paint with the exposure at 5-6 secs.

Haha yea thanks man we went in with out any decent cameras, unfortunately this time all we had was my dying cell phone haha you can almost see the quality in them degrading as we went on. I'm always open to editing tips...I'm defiantly a newb with stuff like that!

Neat. Height, length, interesting features? Waders necessary?

It was at least 3 km. It was walkable for maybe a 3rd of the way. It then became about 4 ft max and fairly uncomfortable. We went until it dropped down to about 3 ft as far as we could see. The wooden part was the most interesting part really. Besides the shovel and the pick axe. Was hoping to at least find a decent chamber but no luck. The entrance was about waist deep, basically turned out to be a pool blocking our way in. So waders were necessary for a very short time.

Nice pics. The wooden section looks a little like the Douglas Darkie.

Ah, thanks. I wasn't sure from just the first photo, but this is a drain I went to do, but the water was too deep for my boots. The wood section looks neat, but it's disappointing there's no chambers or other features.
