Any current info on the location (security, state of buildings)? It's my goal to head here before it gets completed demo'd. Also, would an asbestos mask be recommended?

Someone who I wish I hadn't given information to went there at least a month ago, it was still standing as from what I know is still there, probably even more risky though.

My friend manhandled me up a roof once.

Did they make a mess or something? And what do you mean by risky (besides the obvious), so, anything in particular if you don't mind sharing?

It's coming down slowly but surely. The left side is gone as is part of the back. This was taken late last year...

Damn it. I better head over there soon, then. It's something I've wanted since I saw my first asylum-related horror movie. Anybody up for going?

This is pretty much the current state. City botched permits, they're waiting on them to continue. It's even more dangerous in this state. I wouldn't recommend trying to get in.

Time flies indeed.

Some photos of mine back in 2011.
