The Abandoned Minnelli Mansion

A couple of weeks ago, my friend and I found out about an abandoned mansion in Beverly Hills. It seemed crazy that such a place could exist in a city like that, but alas, we explored the s@*t out of it. It was amazing. I hope you enjoy the pictures! PS: We went again recently and discovered that a new chain link fence was put up around the perimeter. It can be easily scaled, but I would advise you to be cautious. You never know who could be watching...

Beware of holes if you go...

Glad someone else got to see this! Though, I wish you could have checked it out when it wasn't graffitied so badly. Last I went over the summer, everything was more intact. Does Jeff the hobo still live there? There's another mansion in another neighborhood nearby I can recommend if you note me, it saddens me this place is being so badly beat up. Did you find the stairs behind the cabinet?

Whats worse, it appears to be getting torn down. I've been watching the house getting slowly gutted for the last couple of weeks, if you haven't been, it's now or never.

It was banged up pretty bad, but it was still an amazing place to visit! Unfortunately, I didn't meed Jeff, but it did look like someone was living there(There was food upstairs and lots of clothes). I actually did encounter a person, however. I went with my friend to this mansion, and when she told me that she saw a person out in the backyard, we decided to leave as quietly as we could...

I'm glad that I had a chance to visit it! Maybe I'll go again before it's demolished.

Could have been Jeff, he looks like Morgan Freeman and kinda camps out there. That's so sad it's all beat up, I wish you could have seen it when it was barely touched. It's a beautiful home.

Alas, I went there yesterday and it looks like the place is being gutted. The wall has been torn down and people are actively working on it.

That's terrible! I'm sorry you didn't get to see it...
Now that I think about my visit, I realize how lucky I am to have been able to see it while the building was intact. There were a lot of notes scattered around the floor about the building structure which seemed pretty recent, so I guess I could have figured it out

Glad someone got to see this before it changed. The estate was in dispute for a while. I heard it was really well kept until a few years ago.
