Wish you were closer to Charleston, Jwiz, as I have been wanting to do some explorations around here. I have heard that the SC Lunatic Asylum is no longer accessible though...at least legally, it's not. You used to be able to get permission to visit the grounds but as of January 1st, they are no longer giving anyone access & I have heard that the security is pretty tight around there.

If you are ever coming down closer to Charleston though, hmu! I'd love to have someone to explore with

Hmmm. I'm surprised no one is trolling you yet. Well we're pretty laid back in the mid-Atlantic.

You should check out this thread. And I would suggest reading over all the threads in the Rookie Forum.

With that said, welcome to UER! As far as I'm concerned, this is the best place to meet other explorers. So go explore, post a few pictures, let us know you're serious. The community will go out of its way to help you (and I would be the first), but all I have seen from you are queries about locations, and if this is gonna be a community there needs to be some contribution on your part too.

I'm actually fairly new to this & have only explored a few houses at the old naval shipyard...most of which are now being renovated. I have some locations jotted down for when I have some more time to venture outside of my city but for now I'd really just like to meet with some people that have more experience than I do & would be willing to let me join them.

Well What truly brought me to UER is t e fact that my long time side kick has moved to Oklahoma and now I have nobody to explore with. I have a few outings planned if you would like to tag along.
