So I'm terrible at keeping up with my photo editing and scanning. Here is the most recent batch of film I have finished from a site I explored twice last month. The first trip yielded the coloured photos and on the second trip I used black and white film.
The location is located on a quite large tract of land, although it appears much of the former infrastructure has been removed. I assume this place hasn't been used for its original purpose for sometime. It apparently was some kind of petrochemical plant previously.
Several warehouses remain which are now all empty, as well as a couple cooling tanks/ponds, one control building, several portable buildings (one entirely bathrooms/ showers and changerooms, and an office building which still appears to be somewhat in use along with one of the warehouses. The control building which also housed some chem labs is by far my favourite part of the site and the most interesting in my opinion.
Films used: Kodak Portra 400, and Ilford XP2 Super 400

Thanks guys! I find it hard to believe others from this forum haven't found this place yet. It isn't as untouched as it might appear, paintballers played a bit in the control building from the looks of things and the scrappers have obviously been there.
@Darkzero: I highly recommend shooting with film if you have a pretty good grasp of getting the exposures you want. Personally, I find film photography to be much more enjoyable and I haven't used my DSLR for over a year now. One thing that kinda sucks though is the inability to freely switch your ISO so prepare for a lot of long exposures in dark interiors. That being said, I generally try and shoot most of my photos handheld (I've never liked carrying much around when I'm exploring like a tripod). If a longer exposure than 1/15 is required I generally try and use something in the environment to act as my "tripod"
Other info that may be of interest. I use two cameras at the moment, One is a Nikon FE SLR with a 35mm F2.8 lens (Although I have a 24mm on order which will be great for those tight spaces we all love getting into) and the other is a Fujifilm TX1 rangefinder with a 45mm F4 lens. The TX1 has the unique ability of being able to switch between standard 4:3 framing and 2.7:1 panoramic framing.

Nice photos, again. Jealous of that wide format! Showcases that jewel of a control room so well.
The history on this place is a bit obscure, but worth digging up and reading. Plants like this one are so interesting, of a certain industrial period. Newer facilities just don't have the character.

I would just be happy if Greater Vancouver had more abandoned industrial sites to see, new or old. But maybe it does and I just haven't found them yet

Very often the truth is that the places have been visited by other explorers that are on UER but just don't post where they've been very often.
