This location took a couple of trips - we found an entry point the first time but lacked rope, so a week later, sadly with less fog coverage, we descended into this place. By the dates on the blackboard, this hasn't been accessed much in the last few years since the walk-in entry was closed. I believe this place was used as a communications hub during the cold war. 1.

I shot a lot of these handheld as I only had a mini-tripod with me. Apologies for the grain.

Nice set, looks like a interesting spot. Not everyday you get to see a gas chamber.
Where does this door go, Haven't been through, It's not feeling normal, What do I do? | |
Glad you made it in. This one was a tough nut to crack when I went a couple years ago.

So cool! I was at the Presidio a year ago, but wasn't able to find any abandoned places to explore. It didn't help that it was raining, so I wasn't able to really explore the area thoroughly unless I wanted to get soaked. Oh, and the Gas Chamber door is super creepy!
