"Table For One" turned out great for such a tough room to shoot in. Did you light paint that or use your camera's flash? If the flash, you found the perfect power setting to make it look natural.

Entirely probable. I've seen one that has popped open due to not being drained and the garage not heated. Ice expands and there you go...blows right off.

One winter our power went out for almost a week. Unfortunately some of our rads burst and filthy water flooded out everywhere while we had to move out. Definitely a real thing.
