Howdy everyone!
I am new-ish to the Phx area and looking for local explores! I am a transplant from Chicago and have a moderate amount of urbex experience. I know there was a older Phx thread on here from a few months ago. Curious to meet urbexers and learn the ropes and hot spots out here. I've found a decent amount of places I am interested in checking out but I am somewhat standoffish not really knowing how things work around here. I've included a few pictures of some past explores back home from Gary IN and Joliet IL.

Im relatively new to the Phoenix area too, havent gotten a chance to explore anything yet...came out here from massachusetts...where the state hospitals were once plentiful...missing them good ol days

Well hello there!
I'll admit I have not been very active on here as of late.
Back home in the midwest we actually had a meetup group for urbex, which is rare I am told.

A little late to the party but I've really missed exploring lately. I've lived here three years and there seems to be so little to see that I just fell out of it. Definitely down to even see some of the places I've seen a few times before.

i think a meetup is definitely necessary....i have been to quite a few in MA, usually meet up for breakfast at an ihop or something, then see where it takes us...usually to some pretty cool places...

Also a transplant here! I am from rural South Eastern Pennsylvania, so I dearly miss being active in my exploring.
A meet up would be mega great, we should get this going!

This seems to be an old post. I'll try anyway. I am in AZ from Montana for a few days. I am in Prescott for the weekend and I will be in Scottsdale Monday.
