Found this place after some research online. Wasn't too far a drive which was nice, but had to walk about 400 metres in knee deep snow. Not sure the history, but from what I understand a developer owns the land now but the demolition costs are higher than land value or something like that. Apparently it belonged to the 'Deavy Family'. Once you are there you are pretty secluded and hidden (but you can see and hear a school and winter snowplow depot close by). Only thing is there is no place to leave your car except right along the main road. I was there for an hour or so with no issues in the middle of the day.

Ohhh, ghost stairs.
Weirdly, I'm watching Bob's Burger's now.

Beautiful set. As for the parking, not sure how it is up in Canada, but here if you leave something like a rag/shirt hanging in the door, it signals you've broken down and have gone for assistance. Wonder if that would work to keep prying eyes away.
