Oh wow that's crazy, is there a story about your encounter with him? How long ago did you see him?

It was before the demo, but the demo was coming. So somewhere about 2 years ago. A friend and I were in a small morgue, like for babies, not the big one. He came up the hall and started talking for us to hear, as if he was on a phone. Talking about calling the police etc. Then he just Asked us to come out of hiding. We were kinda trapped, so we did. He said he was with a scrapper crew, and "let me show you the nearest exit." Might sound lame, but we went ahead and left. Felt like he had everything pretty wired, and it seemed quite possible there were others. I will say, I had lost a small but nice flashlight, prolly in the auditorium, and he made a point of handing that back. He was dressed all in black. It was comically commando. I lived a few blocks away at the time, just easier to leave.

Sounds like leaving was the right move, denvereen. If he had other people with him, they may have tried to rob you. If you had stayed, you'd probably be constantly looking over your shoulder. So you just saw the news story and recognized the guy's face huh? It's a small world sometimes. Glad he's in jail.

All that trouble for less than 400lbs of bronze? Glad Stoked that he was caught. Dude could have made the same amount working at Mickey-D's for two weeks without desecrating graves. What a dumbass.

I'll never forget that guys face. He was just very used to what he was doing, very authoritarian. I was with a recently released Marine, and he concluded it was not worth trying to stay either. We thought about spitefully calling the cops, but I didn't want to bring heat to the building.

I always call scrappers in to the police, although I don't think it's done any good so far...
